- Efficient coordination ensures project success and minimizes risks.
- Ensures project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Prepares for Peer reviews, HAZID's, and Operational Readiness reviews
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring project success, maintaining client relationships, and upholding safety standards, contributing significantly to the company's growth and reputation.
- Tracks and reports costs and expenses on a monthly basis.
- Budget management and revenue forecasting ensure financial stability.
- Client satisfaction and retention are crucial for business growth.
- Manages day-to-day client interaction.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a safety-first culture are paramount.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering mechanical/ civil or equivalent.
- PMP or Professional Engineer certification preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in offshore subsea construction/ Underwater contracting/ offshore installation of pipelines and structures and subsea/SURF operations preferred.
