Job Summary:

The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling incoming calls, managing the reception area, and performing various administrative tasks.

  • Main Duties: _
  • Customer Service Duty in a school setting.
  • To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information.
  • To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
  • To render first level assistance to walkin students' needs including sick & injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
  • General Duties: _
  • Perform administrative duties such as verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, collation of outgoing mails/deliveries, handling of loss and found logbook and maintaining of office stationery stocks;
  • Sickbay management and safety sickbay incident;
  • Perform filing, organising and archival of files;
  • Other duties as assigned by the School.

Requirements:


  • Minimally O Levels
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in reception duties, preferably in school environment
  • Good team player with high level of initiative.
  • Good customer service skills

  • Location: Joo Chiat / Geylang
  • Working hours: 6.30am 3.30pm
  • Commencement: January December 2024
