- In Patient/Outpatient Medical Insurance
- Attending to client phone call, WhatsApp enquiries and walk in customers
- Provide clients and customers feedback to Assistant Manager
- Liaise with Supply Chain Department for supply, article price and sample request
- Liaise with Finance Department on client's payments status and terms
- Prepare sales figures by weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
- Inventory monitoring and checking
- Assisting Assistant Manager and working together with Sales team members
- Adhoc tasks assigned by Assistant Manager
Job Requirement
- Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any fields
- Sales and service oriented
- Good in multitasking
- Team Player
- Software skills: MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2017
