Description

We are an ICT solutions integrators company that designs, builds, synthesizes, and implements leading technological solutions to meet customers' needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT infrastructure and systems.
• Design customized IT solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Perform installation, changes & decommission of IT hardware and software at client's place
• Attending to IT helpdesk requests and resolving them through our HelpDesk ticketing system
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients, addressing technical issues and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, development, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Oversee and assist clients during implementation, in terms of proper documentation and presentation.
• Update ITrelated documents.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or Management.

• At least a Diploma in Computer Science or related certifications
• At least 2 years of working experience in IT related field.
• Familiarity with network administration or IT administration
• Knowledge of operating systems, network architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Strong experience in IT solution design, implementation, and support.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Training will be provided if required.
• Travelling around Singapore is required
• Able to work on weekends if required
