What the role is


As a Management Support Officer (MSO) in Customer Relations Department, you will assist to ensure the smooth administration in the Corporate Communications, which includes Social Media and Marketing Communications.


What you will be working on

  • Support outreach programmes to promote our courses and College as an institution where students learn, live and play.
  • Contribute to the corporate communications role and upkeep the College's positive publicity, image and branding.
  • Participate in the College's social media engagement efforts.
  • Assist to run events and projects
  • Assist in procurement activities and facilities management of the centre

What we are looking for

  • Responsible and alert individual with a cheerful deposition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Love working with youths
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experience in Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing and social media will be an advantage.
