Roles & Responsibilities

. Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and

settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers

. Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders

. Able to work closely with whole tender team and carry out management's direction

. Attend meetings/ site meetings

. Work closely with teammates

. Perform, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

. Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous

. Good communication and negotiation skills

. Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure

. Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building

. Minimum 3 years of working experience in local Building industry

. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associate)

To note: Position offered are on contract basis for a duration of 6mths
