Job description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with operations teams to review and design target processes.
- Work closely with operations teams to develop list of efficiency projects and monitor the delivery.
- Analyze, design, model and map the processes
- Conduct meetings to review the list of initiatives with senior stakeholders to ensure it is relevant
- Conduct training on process reengineering principles, methodology and artifacts required.
- Compiling and publish monthly metrics to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7 years of experience in change management roles
- Strong process modelling, analysis, and design
- Good knowledge of the wholesale banking business i.e. trade finance, cash management
- Comfortable working in a crossdivisional and multistakeholder environment
- Strong in lean or Six sigma concept
