    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Plans and secures the organisation's manpower.
    • Designs the employee value proposition (EVP) and talent outreach plans to source for potential candidates.
    • Determines cost-efficient and robust assessment and selection tools to identify the right candidates for hire.
    • Establishes processes and guidelines to onboard new hires.
    • Coaches and works with business stakeholders to facilitate the assimilation of new hires into the organisation to help them become effective contributors readily.
    • Responsible for managing the talent attraction team operations and performance and integrating Skills
    • Frameworks into the talent attraction programmes and initiatives under the team's purview.
    • Explore new ideas and possibilities and to evaluate them in a methodical and systematic manner to make decisions and manage resources effectively.
    • A confident communicator and possesses the ability to build and leverage strong relationships with others to achieve desired objectives.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Min Diploma/ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
    • Min 4 years of experience as Talent Attraction Manager, or relevant experience in recruitment.
    • Familiarity with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and professional networks.
    • Possess strong research skills and a passion for discovering top talent.
    • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Highly skilled with modern sourcing and recruiting techniques.
    • Good understanding of the labour market and local regulatory requirements such as Employment Act, etc.
    • Meticulous, proactive, resilient, people-oriented, and passionate in meeting people.
    • A leader, a team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
