    Description
    [What the role is]

    The Corporate Marketing & Communications Division (CMCD) is part of the Communication and Engagement Group in SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). The division spearheads strategic communications, marketing, media relations, SkillsFuture events, social media management, behavioral insights studies, and coordination of the WOG SkillsFuture movement.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for SSG's key initiatives and programmes, targeting diverse audiences through multiple channels, such as above-the-line, below-the-line, social media, and events.

    [What you will be working on]

    ·Plan and implement effective data-driven marketing strategies that reach out to different target segments

    ·Lead, develop and execute marketing campaigns across all platforms to reach target segments, ensuring effectiveness of campaign.

    ·Plan, allocate and manage resources required for campaign/project execution, including procurement and budget management

    ·Manage appointed vendors, such as creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery, effective results, and performance

    ·Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for continuous improvement

    ·Participate in marketing research and behavioural insights projects focused on the target audience to gather understanding and insights for enhancing campaign effectiveness

    ·Plan and execute events that showcases SkillsFuture initiatives.

    ·Support other marketing-related initiatives needed to advance the overall goals of the organisation through collaboration with other divisions

    Seek opportunistic collaborations with other government agencies to promote our programmes and initiatives

    [What we are looking for]

    ·Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications or related discipline

    ·Up to 7 years of relevant work experience in marketing and communications

    ·Excellent knowledge in the field of marketing with experience in go-to market strategies, multi-channel campaign development and execution, and ability to translate complex initiatives and information into easy-to-understand and actionable messages.

    ·Self-starter, strategic, innovative, and detail-oriented in implementation of programmes

    ·Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills while also able to drive project

    ·Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, content management systems and digital analytics tools

    ·Strong command of spoken and written English

    ·Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable

    Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract.
