Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daytoday front desk reception duties, attend to walkin visitors and their requests, answering phone calls etc.
- Manage ordering & keeping track of all office and general supplies e.g. beverages
- Manage all office equipment and usability such as water dispenser / printer etc.
- Assist in company's functions / events
- Work closely with other departments and provide support in all adhoc and administrative duties when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- GCE O / A levels / ITE tertiary
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
- Able to complete given tasks on a timely manner
- Meticulous, Wellorganised and Proactive
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages
