    We are looking for you if you:

    Enjoy leading a team to deliver excellent customer service

    Enjoy being in an English and Chinese speaking / writing with the customers.

    Are strong in planning and organisation

    Possess strong communication and execution skills

    Willing to go all out to win the hearts of your teammates and customers

    Believe in striking a balance between happiness and success at work for the entire team

    We require:

    Experience in leadership and middle management

    Experience in customer service/retail/hospitality/education will be a bonus

    English & Mandarin speaking and written proficiencies are a must

    6 day work week, both weekends are a must with 1 rest days on weekdays

    WORK FROM HOME POSITION, ONLY MEETING ONCE A WEEK / REQUIRED.
