Production Scheduler

Join our team as a Production Scheduler and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control production schedules to meet weekly targets.
• Track actual production progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and submaterials.
• Collaborate with Sales department to advise on supply and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for packaging material delivery.
• Manage local customer orders and prepare artwork for packaging material.
• Investigate and implement corrective actions to prevent process deviations.
• Recommend process improvements and coordinate with Plant Manager and Planning Manager.
• Plan and implement Plant maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular plant safety inspections and ensure compliance with WSH requirements.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Issue and approve permits to work systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in the edible oil industry is an advantage.
• Minimum Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Dedicated to meeting production output and target within a tight schedule.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
