Description

To retrieve unbilled items from current softwares, verify charges (if required with the respective departments) and generate invoices per allocated customer accounts.

Send invoices to customers with correct supporting documents

Send monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA) to customers

To communicate and liaise with customers in scenarios where there are outstanding and overdue invoices.

To record payments received for each customer account.
