    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties, including attending to all incoming phone calls and emails.
    • Provide admin support to the operation and HR field.
    • Preparation and perform government-related transactions/submissions such as work pass administration, foreign worker levy waiver, licenses, etc.
    • Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations via EPOL and WPOL, including purchasing security bonds and managing foreign worker quotas.
    • Handle worker training arrangements (core trade and other courses/licenses).
    • Handling of employees' grievances.
    • Procure office stationery, business cards, and company stamps.
    • Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least "O" Level certification in any field.
    • Min of 2 years of working experience.
    • Great knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
    • Diligent and self-motivated.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
