Description
Responsibilities:
- L1 operation and support using basic operation GUI and tools, including daily health check, enduser support, weekly/monthly routine operation
- Basic troubleshooting, log collection, and onsite support
- OS patching
- OS hardening
- Security agents installation and troubleshooting
- VMware ESXi Patching preferred
- Privilege ID review
Requirement:
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of IT system, basic understanding of server, storage, networking, OS (windows server, linux etc)
- Installation of hardware and basic setup, hardware spare replace
- Understanding of IT operation process and procedure
