Description
This position reports to the director to support our regional growth.Your function will include, among others, the following activities:
- Business Development.
- Sourcing of new projects.
- Management of a portfolio of Clients, Managing project pipeline.
- The Business Development Manager fully complies with the laws, regulations and business rules.
Individual to be involved in:
- Proactively identify potential clients and build collaborative relationships with them
- Facilitate the implementation of business strategies and marketing development plans.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business service and value proposition
- Focus on building strategic customers and leveraging the breadth of the Company to build customer relationships
- Analyse and assess potential business
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and expand the Company's growth
- Communicate with customers effectively and form good relationships.
- Identify, network, and secure potential new clients
- Review, monitor and analyse all sales data, activities and trends to ensure all sales opportunities for the Company are captured and explored.
