    Description

    Job Responsibility

  • To Conduct training and Environmental Cleaning courses for multiple locations in Singapore
  • To investigate Defect Notices and propose corrective actions to Operations Executive to prevent reoccurrence of similar complaints from clients
  • Design and Develop refresher modules/ COJT Blueprint from conceptualization to course accreditation
  • Translation of courseware materials as and when required
  • Conduct quality and safety site inspection on sites and follow up on reports and corrective measures Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

    • Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in related service fields (e.g. Landscape, Security, Environmental cleaning, other services)
  • ACTA certified candidates preferred
  • Min 3 years working experience in service or cleaning environment as Supervisor/ Executive
  • Independent with strong leadership and communication abilities
