Remuneration:


  • Senior Executive: Up to $5,500
  • Assistant Manager: Up to $6,000
  • AWS 1 Month
  • Variable Bonus (2 Month & above)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for finalizing lease agreements, negotiating lease renewals, formalizing lease documentation of a retail mall.
  • Prepare leasing reports, update rent roll and market trends on a monthly basis.
  • Actively engages and establishes good relationships with agencies, prospects and tenants.
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring of business plan and budget.
  • Propose tenant mix plans, and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy in the mall.
  • Support marketing and A&P initiatives.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related studies.
  • At least 3 years' experience in retail leasing with a developer. Those with less years' of experience will be considered for the Executive role.
  • Good communication and negotiating skills, with a strong networking ability. Have a passion in the Retail Industry and is aware of the latest trend.
