Description
To perform monthly system health checks and reporting

  • To configure/trouble network managed switches
  • To provide support on Microsoft 365 solution
  • To implement and configure new tools, fix bugs, and assist staff to use IT systems
  • Provide IT/End user support (Setup and deploy computers, IT equipment, software, patches, troubleshooting and etc.)
  • Incident Management workflow, including appropriate and timely escalation
  • Initiate 3rd party vendor support requests if required
  • Identify and resolve any IT problem that arises
  • Other adhoc duty instructed by IT Manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level / Any work experience as a Technical Support Assistant, Desktop Support Assistant, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues etc.
  • 3months renewable contract basis.
  • 5 days work week.
