求人内容

Conduct research on Financial/Healthcare related innovations and Insurtech in Singapore/Asia, report to management and Japan headquarters.
Build and maintain connections with financial institutions, tech companies, incubators, VC and other players in the innovation space.
Participate in meetings and seminars held in Singapore and overseas to obtain the latest information on Financial/Healthcare related innovations and Insurtech, as well as to expand company's network.
Plan and participate in PoC and promote PoC through smooth communication with related parties (partners, Japan headquarters, group companies, etc.).
Ad hoc duties as assigned.

応募資格

[Must]

At least 1 year of Research experience in the Insurance and/or FinTech industry.
Highly proficient in inputting and outputting information in Insurance or FinTech industry.
Excellent proficiency in building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Team Worker.

[Advantage]

Experience in research & Business Development in the InsurTech industry, preferably in an insurance companyaffiliated lab.
Experience developing an insurance product
Knowledge of Blockchains and Web 3.0
Market research experience in ASEAN market.
Excellent proficiency in project management. (Mainly progress management and promotion of PoC)
Japanese is required to communicate with Japanese speaking 3rd parties.
