Finance Assistant Manager - Singapur, Singapore - People Profilers

• Location: Central
• 5 days work week (Hybrid working arrangement)
• Remuneration: Basic up to $7000

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and management reporting for a group of entities and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Prepare and perform analytical variances review of the monthly accounts
• Prepare and review monthly cashflow projection, quarterly forecast and annual budget
• Handle the review and submission of GST returns, property tax and annual tax returns
• Responsible for the preparation and review of statutory financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers
• Maintain Yardi software and explore system improvements to enhance reporting process
• Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar position
• Possess high level of initiative and able to perform under tight timelines
• Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and has a positive attitude
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
• Able to communicate well with various level of stakeholders
• Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage
