Responsibilities

Handle partial set of accounts

Liaise with external auditor/ tax agent

Maintain fixed asset register

Proceed payment & update daily cash book

Monitor and follow up AR ageing report according to timeline

GL entry

Perform bank reconciliation

Perform month end closing and year end closing

Prepare management report such as P&L, Balance Sheet, forecast and budget

GST quarterly submission

Handle petty cash

Inter company balance reconciliation

Any other duties assigned

Requirements

Min Degree in Accounting/ Finance or above

Min 1 year & above of experience in accounts

5 days work week

Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)

Transport provided: Pick up and drop off at Yew Tee MRT & Fajar Road
