Description

What the role is

  • You will be part of a team that provides excellent services to MINDEF/SAF's customers at the NS Hub Service Centre (NSC) via facetoface service delivery, or facilitation of physical transactions and/or engagements.

What you will be working on

  • On this, you design and implement the customer services processes and manage NSC's service delivery facilities and equipment to ensure serviceability and provision of the desired quality of service. You also manage the NSC service provider to meet the stipulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other business, contractual and compliance requirements. In addition, you drive continuous improvement in NSC service delivery and operations and oversee management reporting, operations/performance analysis, content and feedback management so as to strengthen service delivery and customer experience.

What we are looking for

  • You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 1 to 2 years' work experience in a service delivery or service operations role. You must be serviceoriented, possess good interpersonal, communication and writing skills, as well as be adept at problemsolving. Having project management experience and/or data analytics skills is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
