What You'll Do

Prepare technical specifications and Frontend Engineering Design.
Procure and manage consultancy, construction and supply contracts to ensure timely execution and completion of Gas Transmission Pipeline and associated facilities development projects.
Prepare work orders and instructions to consultants and contractors.
Monitor and report project status and to be completed within project timeline.
Monitor and report project expenditure to be within budget.
Prepare and safekeep all project progress reports and activities.
Coordinate with authorities, third parties and other SPPG divisions during project execution phase.
Supervise and monitor respective project consultants and contractors to ensure design, engineering and construction works comply with statutory requirements, standards, codes, technical specifications, best industry practices and workplace safety and health requirements.
Familiar with piping design and welding requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with shippers, customers and Operation & Maintenance team to prepare commissioning procedures for each project during commissioning phase.
Review asbuilt documents and handover completed pipeline and facilities to Operation & Maintenance team.
Manage a project team which include staff performance, promotion, training & development and transfer.

What You'll Need

Degree in Mechanical or equivalent discipline from PE Board Singapore recognized university.
At least 8 years of working experiences in managing gas projects or projects of similar nature.
