Description
To perform supervisor duties in a non-aircon F&B working environment.


Detailed Responsibilities

  • Assist the management on daily operation
  • Greet customers and take order from them
  • Answer incoming calls from suppliers, delivery man, etc.
  • Monitor part time employees' working procedure and performance
  • Demonstrate right working attitude and procedure
  • Cash handling
  • Plan staff roster & get management's approval
  • May need to hand carry up to 25 kg

Requirements:


  • Relevant experience
  • Able to deal with customers with different education backgrounds
  • Needs to work on rotating shift: Day shift starts on 6am; Night shift starts on 2pm
  • Needs to work on weekends & public holidays
  • OT may be required on day shifts, weekends & public holidays, in the case when some colleagues take MC or leaves
  • Able to work in a Non-Aircon environment
