Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately generate and manage customer invoices using our invoicing system.
  • Maintain and organize files and records with high precision.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Handle mailing and dispatch of documents in a timely manner.
  • Provide support in various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Adapt to changes in processes and systems as required.

Qualifications:


  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with invoicing software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
