Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately generate and manage customer invoices using our invoicing system.
- Maintain and organize files and records with high precision.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Handle mailing and dispatch of documents in a timely manner.
- Provide support in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Adapt to changes in processes and systems as required.
Qualifications:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with invoicing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
