    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Prepare tender and methodology for tender and operational support.
    • Define milestones, deliverables and critical path activities.
    • Monitor progress and performance against established schedules.
    • Develop construction methods, techniques, and sequences for civil and structural projects.
    • Evaluate alternative methods and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
    • Work closely with teams to ensure that methods comply with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
    • Any adhoc task assigned.

    Requirements and skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years' experience in similar scope.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
