- Prepare tender and methodology for tender and operational support.
- Define milestones, deliverables and critical path activities.
- Monitor progress and performance against established schedules.
- Develop construction methods, techniques, and sequences for civil and structural projects.
- Evaluate alternative methods and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with teams to ensure that methods comply with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Any adhoc task assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in similar scope.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
