The team is expanding Join Singapore's most progressive and energetic smart home company. As a top-level distributor of Aqara and other major smart home brands, we're making lives better with technology.We're looking for a meticulous individual to join our high-performance sales team as a
Sales Coordinator. In this role, you'll be handling the sales administration with our ERP system, and coordinating deliveries and installations. You'll also be required to engage with the sales team, vendors, and customers.
As part of your training, you'll be equipped with high technology knowledge and skills in smart homes, including lighting, door locks, and curtains.
Responsibilities:
- Take care of the sales administration, including quotations, invoices, DOs, etc.
- Receive and process online orders website, Lazada, Shopee etc.
- Coordinate returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty
- Coordinate deliveries, installations, and other matters with the sales team, clients, vendors, and contractors
- Use company ERP and CRM systems
- Communicate with clients on requirements, delivery dates, installation dates etc
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Meticulous and organized individual who can keep track of clients and orders
- Interest in, and a desire to learn about technology would be good
- Minimum O Level qualifications, with at least 2 years' experience.
- Able to use and understand ERP systems, preferably with Sage.

Salary:
$2, $2,800.00 per month
