Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit Customer Care Officers (Call Centre)Trainings are provided/ Fresh Graduates Welcome
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to customers either by telephone or electronically
- Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
- Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including actions taken
- Work effectively with a variety of situations, individual and groups
- Demonstrate effective telephone techniques that meet Quality Assurance standards
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level and above
- Strong team player
- Selfdriven individual with a positive attitude
- Customeroriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Pleasant disposition and personality
- Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
EA Licence No: 12C6207
Salary:
Up to $3,000.00 per month
Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
