Description
**Description of Job Duties: •Manage and develop strong relationship with key vendors and suppliers, dealing with any potential issues and concerns.


  • Establish new relationships with Subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work.
  • Responsible for supplier and contract negotiations which involve understanding and knowledge of commercials and competitive pricing packages related to buildings project.
  • Ensure projects purchases are made in timely, flexible, accurate and cost effective way.
  • Issues purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs.
  • Research new materials for design and cost savings.
  • Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver on-going cost reductions and process simplification.
  • Strategic and operational procurement activities to support various construction projects such as HDB flats, executive condominium (EC), commercial building and etc.
  • Assist in settling invoice or contract disputes.
  • Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
Requirement

  • Experience in Navision would be an advantage
  • Working location at Tuas South Ave
  • Transport provided near Jurong East MRT Station
