Job Description:
- Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organization's overall strategies
- Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
- Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
- Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centres' objectives
- Codevelop service strategies and policies for Communitybased services with Senior Manager
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
- Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
- Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients
