Job Description:


  • Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organization's overall strategies
  • Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
  • Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
  • Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centres' objectives
  • Codevelop service strategies and policies for Communitybased services with Senior Manager
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
  • Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
  • Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients
