    Roles & Responsibilities

    Role Description

    This position reports to the Sous Chef/Outlet Chef. This position assists in the preparation and service of all food items, and other sections as required

    Specific Responsibilities

    1. Ensure the cleanliness of refrigerators, cold room, working tables and kitchen equipment
    2. Assist in various buffet set-up
    3. Ensures mis-en-place is according to the Hotel's standards

    Competencies

    1. Gain knowledge in various buffet set-ups
    2. Gain experience in cleanliness management of kitchen equipment
    3. Gain knowledge in Hotel's mis-en-place standards
