    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    1) The candidate is required that the restaurant is neat, clean and presentable at all the times.

    2) ensures that all centrepieces are on the tables properly placed and that linens, silverware and glasses, flatware, centrepieces are clean and even light & fixtures look presentable for guest
    3) help to maintain clean work spaces and bathrooms and work hard to keep everything looking immaculate.
    4) oversee the team of waiters and waitresses who are assigned to your shift
    ensure the standard of grooming of the wait staff servers and helpers.
    5) ensure all hosts and waiters are adequately trained, informed of the restaurant's policies and are knowledgeable about menu items and daily specials.
    ensure that wait staff have undergone safety training and have attended and passed NEA's Food and Hygiene courses.
    6)inform hosts and hostesses any new policy changes regarding how to greet customers.
    serve food and beverage &assist in serving when the restaurant experiences very busy periods.
    7)honestly evaluate and analyse customer's concerns, questions and complaints and inform management for action.
    articulate guest's special dietary needs or meal requirements to the kitchen staff.
    inform customers of the specialties of the day.
    ensure regular checks in on the diners, gathering their feedback answering and resolving any issues that may have arisen.
    8)take decisions and command emergencies like - if the kitchen runs out of ingredients or dishes that are listed on the menu, you should inform the server staff members so they may offer alternatives to customers.
    9)responsible for helping unload delivery trucks carrying ingredients and supplies, and so should be able to lift boxes and crates that weigh as much as 20-25 kilograms
    Qualifications

    Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality especially F&B Service/Related any disciplineMinimum Experience : 3 years in a North Indian Restaurant.The candidateMust be physically fit
    Must have basic knowledge of North Indian Cuisine
    Must have good communication skills
    Must be bilingual – English and one of the Indian Languages / dialects like Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujrati, etc
    Must have basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel Power Point etc ).
    Must be able to join in two weeks from the date of selection.
    Must be able to work on weekends ( Friday, Saturday & Sundays 0 and Public Holidays
