    Description

    The successful candidate will be tasked with preparing financial models, papers, and presentations to seek approval for various projects. In addition, successful candidate will be involved in project management responsibilities.

    Description

    • Contribute to special utility infrastructure projects and other initiatives spearheaded by the department
    • Conduct market research on regulatory policies and analyse regulatory developments in both local and international markets
    • Aid in the preparation of financial models, approval papers, and presentations to update management and board, seeking necessary approvals
    • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to work on and seek approval for specific initiatives
    • Monitor and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
    • Generate fortnightly/monthly update reports on Regulatory Management activities
    • Assist in daily functions of Regulatory Management which include preparation of budget papers and conducting commercial reviews and risk assessments
    • Other ad-hoc duties

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
    • Familiarity with industry regulation, project management, and financial modelling would be advantageous
    • Candidates who demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and are meticulous to details are strongly encouraged to apply
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, some familiarity with programming tools like SQL and Power BI
