    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Objectives

    • The jobholder works in Airbus FHS (Flight Hour Services) Supply Chain Team (SMROS).
    • The jobholder is based in Singapore and reports operationally to the HO Materials and Warehousing Singapore and functionally to the FHS Warehouse and Repair Ordering Supply Chain Leader in Toulouse.
    • Lead activities within multiple heterogeneous Airbus stakeholder departments to meet performance targets within warehouse operations to meet supply chain expectations.
    • Manage large supplier organization contracted by FHS on warehousing logistics, and ensure service level and contractual obligations are met.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Administer the contract between Airbus FHS and the Warehouse Supplier in Singapore
    • Manage the suppliers to ensure delivery of their contractual commitments.
    • Manage the implementation of continuous improvements inside the FHS Supply Chain and monitor the related outputs.
    • Monitor and support the onsite operations related to onsite suppliers.

    Supplier Management

    • Monitor the supplier KPI's on a weekly or monthly basis as relevant.
    • Analyse on a monthly basis the supplier KPI's in coordination with the relevant experts and identify points of interest & improvement
    • Plan priorities, motivate and set clear targets, and improve the robustness of vendor's performance with designated KPIs.
    • Achieve high levels of internal/external customer satisfaction through excellence in operational execution.
    • Manage vendor performance of Warehouse function including the accurate goods receipts, putaway, inventory status, picking, packaging and dispatch of goods to meet customer requirements.
    • Ensure the set-up of action / recovery plans to address issues and to improve the supplier's service level, taking the lead of the Airbus side of the recovery.
    • Drumbeat and follow-up the action & recovery plans with the suppliers with the support of Airbus business experts, where necessary.
    • Apply when relevant the applicable remedies in case of bad performance and monitor the related invoicing process.
    • Set-up and drumbeat the Contract performance reviews.
      Interface with internal stakeholders to solve problems.
    • Document necessary information and utilize reports to project status.
    • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or propose amendments to existing work procedures and practices.
    • Manage relation and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders to improve and smoothen the operations.
    • Check validation, updating and analyzing claims to identify issues and optimize the process
    • Spearhead Airbus FHS contractual and commercial interests with vendor, and manage vendor to exceed performance within contracted service level, while ensuring shortfalls are promptly addressed.

    Continuous Improvement and Operations

    • Responsible for closely following-up the daily operations and all the needed support requested daily by the local supply chain actors such as smooth deliveries, quarantine support, missing data retrieving etc...
    • Support the follow-up of identified issues as part of the Component Issue Management (CIM) process, implementing PPS (practical problem solving) when relevant.
    • Support the implementation of process changes, new process, or, new IS tool (guide & processes updates, explanations, refresh on processes a tools...).
    • Adjust the process accordingly with "In Service" experience.
    • Coordinate warehouse activities, seeking opportunities for value chain optimisation.
    • Adapt to growth and changes to our business as needed
    • Lead projects with HQ and vendor to evolve our business model
    • Monitor and improve a highly integrated supply chain with a complex multi-enterprise set-up
    • Be able to interact with a high number of worldwide stakeholders and manage the issues to avoid blocking business operations.
    • Be a strong team player, with capacity to take local actions & decisions, while maintaining a close link with supply chain leadership in Toulouse, with associated time difference.
    • Implementation of a new IT system in H1 2024

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Logistics Management or Aerospace Engineering
    • Strong knowledge in supply chain and warehouse operations
    • 5 to 10 years' experience in Logistic and Supply Chain domain
    • Commercial / Contract admin Experience
    • Agility with KPI and related reporting tool (BI tools)
    • Standard IT tools (good level on Excel)
    • Good knowledge about IT systems, process governance and quality management, ideally in the aviation context
