    Description
    Preventive Health Marketing aims to raise awareness and improve public knowledge of various health topics and corresponding preventive measures. We work with and support Programme and Outreach departments to develop marketing communication strategies and campaigns for Health Screening, Mental Health, Communicable Diseases, Substance Abuse, Senior Health and Diabetes; with the goal of encouraging the public to adopt recommended health preventive measures and healthy lifestyle habits.

    The successful candidate will lead the marketing management of exciting and high-profile health topic(s). The candidate will support the development and implementation of through-the-line marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the assigned health topics, strengthening the health knowledge and practices of Singaporeans. Specifically, the responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Assistant Director in creating innovative, credible and targeted communications to influence and sustain the adoption of good health behaviours and to raise the profile of HPB's initiatives;
  • Leading the development of effective marketing strategies based on data and insights that contribute to the KPIs set for each programme;
  • Implementing the execution in all marketing channels including above-the-line, below-the-line, on ground and digital marketing platforms to lead the development and implementation of the integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Working with appointed creative & media agencies, media owners, event partners to ensure marketing plans are well executed to achieve effective results and high quality timely delivery;
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance based on agreed metrics, refine campaign messages and execution to ensure that targets are met;
  • Planning, allocating, managing resources required for campaign/project execution including manpower and procurement of required supporting services;
  • Managing various stakeholders externally and internally to lead, achieve alignment and collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver effective communications within timelines and achieve targeted results.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate is a highly motivated strategic thinker with a flair for creativity, proven marketing campaign execution and results orientation. He/ She should possess:

  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications;
  • At least 5 - 6 years of experience in managing and executing integrated communications and campaigns, with experience in ATL, BTL, offline and digital marketing with creative brief writing and agency management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and with matrix teams to drive projects;
  • Results and solutions-driven;
  • Excellent project management and budget planning skills;
  • Resourceful and excellent attention to detail with an ability to multi-task under tight timelines;
  • Good grasp of social media and digital analytics
  • Strong presentation and writing skills; and
  • Ability to influence stakeholders.
