Diploma / DegreeMin of 3-5 years of relevant bakery/pastry experienceResponsible for the efficient management of the bakery and pastry kitchens including product
development, ingredients sourcing, quality control, team management and food safety and
hygiene.
Ensures high quality standard of food production and that mise en place are maintained.
Manages timely fulfilment of all ordering requirements and co-ordinates well with the
operations team.
Prepare market list, checks inventory/stock to minimize unnecessary wastage.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchens and equipment.
Creates new recipes and keep abreast of new trends and market competition.
