    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives for e-waste management in China.

    Identify customer's need, build, and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.

    Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports.

    Recruit, train, mentor and motivate sales team.

    Requirements:

    To be able to speak and write fluent mandarin.

    Have experience and knowledge of China market.

    At least 5 years working experience in China.
