Warehouse Operations Executive - Singapore - MANNA POT CATERING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock movement from warehouse to production.
- Facilitate stocktaking activities.
- Develop forecast planning of resources within business activities.
- Develop warehouse planning methods.
- Develop warehouse storage and layout.
- Develop warehousing standards for quality management systems.
- Ensure all stocks and materials are accurate, replenished and updated regularly.
- Ensure floor space is organised, optimised, with FEFO and properly labelled.
- Ensure incoming goods are unloaded, inspected, counted, and stored correctly.
- Work closely with Kitchen, Sales and Procurement departments for logistics needs
- Positive problemsolving attitude and ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Optimise the entire operations workflow for warehousing.
- Fulfil operations and logistics requirements for all catering events and restaurant outlets.
- Manage manpower planning for the department.
- Complete customer deliveries and requests
- Act as backup for other customer success personnel and drivers during their absence
- Responsible for team performance and discipline
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Diploma with 2 years working experience
- Be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Be physically fit and can handle load of up to 20kg.
- Able to work in a team.
- Have a proven track record in taking initiative to identify and fix problems.
- Have a proven experience in successfully executing projects from start to finish.
- Have proven abilities in dealing with unexpected problems in a calm yet effective way.
