Description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the APAC IT Director, the role of the IT Project Manager is to manage IT project rollouts
such as ERP and POS for supporting business growth in the region. The primary responsibilities include
overseeing overall IT projects in the region and ensure smooth project implementation as required in
project scope and schedule. Collaborating closely with local and the Global team, this role actively
contributes to the successful implementation of local and global projects and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive project plans
- To lead the entire cycle of the project implementation, including but not limit to analyse business requirements, develop project plan and schedule, manage the cost and quality of works, prepare documentations
- To effectively communicate project matters to all levels of stakeholders
- Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters
- To liaise with external vendors where required and coordinate with other IT team members on the resolution of IT incidents and IT project deployments
- Lead & control the project related risk management process & adhoc tasks as assigned To align with Global HQ to deploy global initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Tertiary education or above in Computer Science / Information System / Information Technology or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with full cycle ERP implementation.
- Holder of PMP or related project management certificate will be advantage.
- Preferably with SAP or POS experience and Retail/F&B background.
- Customer service oriented, team oriented, positive, and cheerful attitude
- Good conversant in English and communication skills
