Airswift is keen to invite an experienced Order – to – Cash Functional Lead (SAP) to consider a role with one of our clients

Responsibilities:

The OTC (Order To Cash) Functional Lead reports into the ERP Application Manager and maintains responsibility for hands-on leadership in managing and supporting OTC (order-to-cash, and related modules within the company's global SAP system especially with Project Control (PS module).

This position represents the module expertise for SD as well PS globally and leveraging a global outsourcing team for technical support and ensuring services are delivered according to the Service levels agreed to.

This position will be participating as an integrated member of the support team during the build, test, and deploy of the company's new SAP system, and will be required to contribute to, and author some Business Process Procedures and related test documents.

In addition to the Project related build activities, the OTC functional Lead is responsible for working together within the Group IT to define new IT support procedures.

Under the direction of the Enterprise Application Manager, the SAP Order To Cash Function Lead has responsibility for working closely with the Finance and Project Control teams globally.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field with 8 years in SAP, ideally with experience in Order To Cash and Project Control Implementation, roll out and production support.

Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from Design to go live for SAP-SD module with preference for experience in Project Systems (PS) as well.

Strong communication/partner skills with end-users with non-technical backgroundExperience in sales in project and maintenance workExperience in working as a lead position for 1 to 2 projects and co-coordinating Clients, Internal team members and providing business support.

Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Have exposure coordinating with Onsite/Offshore team members.
SAP certification(s) strongly preferredStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilitiesExperience in supporting a global organizationProven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentationDon't see a job for you?
