- Issue invoices and ensure accuracy
- Monitor and follow up on Account Payables and Account Receivables
- Compute laytime and negotiate calculations for settlements
- Manage brokerage payments
- Conduct month-end closing tasks and ensure compliance
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as required
- Work effectively in a desk-bound role
- Minimum diploma, with preference for maritime background
- Prior experience in a similar post fixture role within the shipping industry
- Proficient in issuing freight invoices and laytime calculations for tankers
- Experience with IMOS software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Keen interest in post fixture operations
- Ability to commit to the contract period
