We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trade Operations Specialist to join our establishment. As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the efficient execution of commodity trades. Your responsibilities will include coordinating trade logistics, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Execution: Execute and monitor commodity trades, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the shipment and transportation of commodities, working closely with logistics providers to ensure smooth and costeffective operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant trade regulations and ensure compliance with local and international trade laws. Handle necessary documentation for imports and exports.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, including traders, suppliers, and shipping partners. Keep all parties informed of trade progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all trade transactions, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents

Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and legal, to ensure seamless end-to-end trade operations.

**Qualifications: - Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in commodity trade operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of trade regulations and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of commodity markets and trading platforms.
• Proficiency in trade management software.
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and problemsolving.
• Conversant in Chinese is a plus.
