Our client is a prominent architectural firm currently seeking a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team .

Current project is related to Commercial/ Retail /Hospitality/ Infrastructure projects

The projects we are engaged in encompass a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and healthcare, among others.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for project management, coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operations of assigned projects.

This involves effective liaison and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring strict adherence to building codes and regulations.

Proactive identification and resolution of technical coordination, site, and compliance issues will be key aspects of your responsibilities. It's essential to maintain awareness of contractual and regulatory requirements while nurturing, coaching, and enhancing the skill levels of team members.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Architecture from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Be well-versed in BIM and authorities' submission processes and guidelines.
• Display proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, either from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm or 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.
• Office location: Central area.
