    Roles & Responsibilities

    You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers as well as assisting the daily shift operations in line with brand standards. The Host - Guest Experience is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience team within the Rooms Division, including the Concierge and Belldesk team.

    • Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
    • Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
    • Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.
    • Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
