Responsibilties:


  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and target new customer segments and opportunities within the FMCG industry.
  • Respond to warm leads and generate cold leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to bring on new customers and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Ideate and contribute to the development of new business growth initiatives, exploring innovative ideas to expand our market reach.
  • Generate marketing ideas and campaigns that support revenue generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development activities and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG industry, preferably in the ice cream or snacks sector.
  • Strong track record of generating new business, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive outreach.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and contribute to new business growth strategies.
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills, with the ability to address customer needs and close deals.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas that support revenue generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
