Responsibilties:

Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and target new customer segments and opportunities within the FMCG industry.
Respond to warm leads and generate cold leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to bring on new customers and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
Ideate and contribute to the development of new business growth initiatives, exploring innovative ideas to expand our market reach.
Generate marketing ideas and campaigns that support revenue generation and brand awareness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development activities and alignment with company objectives.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG industry, preferably in the ice cream or snacks sector.
Strong track record of generating new business, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive outreach.
Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and contribute to new business growth strategies.
Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills, with the ability to address customer needs and close deals.
Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas that support revenue generation.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
