Description
Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.- Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving site problems.
- Prepares project status reports.
- Coordinates structural details and design features within the project.
- Flexible and able to work well in a fastpaced environment.
- Ensure works carried out to meet the Company's quality standard and contractual requirements.
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction industry preferably with HDB BTO/LTA/Recreational projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM Modelling.
- Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
