Your background

  • Experience in Infrastructure Project / Programme Management ideally with a technical background
  • Expertise in delivering large programmes of work spanning several technical teams and lines of business.
  • Experience in leading transformational programs
  • Proven ability to turn complex ideas into wellstructured processes and presentations.
  • Strong business partnership skills
  • Able to build broadbased business relationships across the organization and positively influence colleagues.
  • Identify, Escalate, Debate issues that come into the team not limited to resource constraints, risk items, schedule conflicts and competing priorities.
  • Familiar with product deployments within a global banking environment
  • Willing to work some irregular hours based on the location of clients
  • Comfortable working independently in a collaborative organizational structure with the freedom to speak your mind
  • Unhappy with laborious manual processes and procedures, always looking for opportunities to drive efficiencies

What you will do
Leading a team of Network Project and service delivery Managers overseeing a portfolio of projects.

This team is the "Front Door" to Network Services and as such have many line of business representatives knocking asking for the impossible to be worked out how to deliver utilizing our world class Operations and Engineering team mates.

Spend time coaching the team on how to better organize project deliverables, update project management toolsets and in providing executive level updates to our regional CTO/CIOs.


This role is a member of the regional Network Services Senior Leadership Team contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the organization.
