- Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for impact investing aligned with organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships within impact-focused sectors.
- Oversee impact investment portfolios and ensure diligent investment deal origination.
- Monitor investment performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop robust impact measurement frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
- Provide accurate and timely impact reports to investors and Investment Committee.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with family businesses and external partners in targeted sectors.
- Provide investment advisory services and drive sustainable change through collaboration.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and industry events.
- Provide expertise to the impact investment community and raise awareness of business reform through well-being initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, sustainability, or related field. Master's degree and relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, CIPM) preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in banking, asset management, impact investing, or sustainable finance within education, healthcare, clean foods, leadership development, and family learning sectors.
- Direct responsibility for Assets under Management (AUM) in a top-tier venture capital or private-equity firm with a track record of full exit.
- Familiarity with impact-focused sectors and emerging themes, understanding challenges and opportunities, and ability to align business reform initiatives.
- ESG expertise with knowledge of international frameworks and guidelines.
- Deep knowledge of impact investing strategies, frameworks, and impact measurement methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen, including market understanding, investment analysis, and valuation techniques.
- Experience with UHNW/HNW individuals and/or Family Offices advantageous.
- Strong negotiator with extensive networks and relationship-building skills.
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
