Description

The role will also involve analysis of sales fluctuations and implementing the actions and plans to acheive the company targets.

• Manage all details of the store operations
• Train and guide the Chefs/Staff to acheive the cooking standard stipulated in the SOP
• Recuit the suitable staff for the vancant position(s)
• Maintain Food Hygiene Standard in accordance with the SFA guidlelines
• Manage and maintain the quality of the finished products for all stores
• Motivates and engages the employees
• Encourage team collaboration and communication
• Analyse and rectify issues related to quality of the finished products

• Must have knowhow and experience in roasted delight cooking for at least 6 years
• Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3 Certification
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is essential to liaise with the staff and customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
